Leading design for the Quality Enablement domain, where I transform rigid clinical compliance requirements into intuitive, provider-centric tools. Most recently, I led the end-to-end redesign of Alma’s clinical documentation experience. By simplifying the "golden thread" of compliance, my work helped protect critical payer contracts and drove a 400%+ increase in claims submitted with compliant documentation.

Drove the strategic design direction for the company's graduate school vertical, ultimately increasing traffic to Graduate School profiles by over 800% and enabling the creation of over 253 featured programs in less than 2 months.

Joined as the second employee in a pre-seed SaaS startup, taking on any many roles within the organization. Built the company's initial email marketing strategy and helped develop the customer support function from the ground up, before transitioning into a more UX focused role.
